It is a Non-refundable program. Once the N500,000 is paid, it is not refundable
Your treatment program will start at least 3-6 months after making payment. Some treatment may start long after 6 months.
The payment of N500,000 covers registration and consultations, basic fertility investigation and 2 cycles of IVF treatment.
The N500,000 also covers only standard dose of gonadotropin of 150IU for 12 days
The N500,000 also covers embryo freezing for 3 months
The N500,000 covers either a fresh or a frozen embryo transfer
An egg donation program will attract an additional cost of N200,000 per cycle
An additional cost of N100,000 will be paid to retain a cycle if the cycle is cancelled due to endometrial fluid
An intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) will attract an additional cost of N100,000 per cycle
A sperm donation program will attract an additional cost of N100,000 per cycle
Sperm freezing will attract an additional cost of N100,000 per sample frozen for up to 3 months.
Embryo/Sperm storage after 3 months will attract an additional cost of N10,000 per month
The test contained in the basic fertility investigation and covered in the N500,000 include Blood Group & Genotype of both couple, Serology of both couple and the seminal fluid analysis(SFA) of the spouse.
The hormonal tests are not covered in the N500,000 and will attract an additional cost of N50,000 – N75,000
The ancillary tests like FBC, MP, E/U/Cr, LFT, Lipid profile, Pap smear, HV & ECS M/C/S, FBS + 2HPP will attract an additional
Hysterosalpingogram will attract an additional cost of N24,000
Saline Hysterogram will attract an additional cost of N20,000
Diagnostic Hysteroscopy will attract an additional cost of N150,000
Therapeutic Hysteroscopy will attract an additional cost of N200,000 & above depending on the procedure been done.
Mock embryo transfer and embryo transfer under anesthesia will attract an additional cost of N100,000
Cyst drainage will attract an additional cost of N150,000
Cervical Dilatation will attract an additional cost of N120,000
Myomectomy will attract an additional cost of N800,000 and above(discounted rate)
Cervical Cerclage (Macdonald’s) will attract an additional cost of N200,000
MVA will attract an additional cost of N100,000
Supplement to improve egg and sperm quality will attract an additional cost of between N15,000 – N80,000 per month
The luteal support program which starts after a positive pregnancy test will attract an additional cost of N250,000
The patient should be available to do the second cycle within 4 months of the first, or the cycle expires.
Although it is expected for a cycle of treatment to end with an embryo transfer, sometimes the cycle may be cancelled because of poor COS, presence of endometrial fluid, very poor quality or no embryo(s) generated
We may elect to freeze all embryos where freezable because of very high progesterone levels, OHSS, etc.
The cumulative clinical pregnancy rate from this program is up to70%
A frozen embryo transfer required outside this program will attract an additional cost of N380, 000.
PGD Programs for sex selection and genotype selection are not included in this program. They are separate programs
Every patient must receive a mail stating the date of their program and the type of program.
Every patient must go through the terms and conditions of the program ensure understanding and sign off before making payment.
Since the cumulative pregnancy rate is 70%, we therefore can’t guarantee your success in this programTo increase your cumulative pregnancy rate, we strongly advice that you pick the treatment option that greatly increases your chance of success.
All couples going through this program will allow the foundation to use their testimonies, babies photos, allow documentary to be done on them, etc. as promotional to encourage other couples trying to achieve conception
